Our ongoing class schedule is set each month and brings you a variety of classes to choose from to suit your schedule and interest. We cater to every level of ability.

If you can breathe you can do Yoga! If you can smile you can do Groove! If you know you are thinking you can meditate.

Come and check out the experience here; just 10 minutes from Midland yet a world away! It's worth the drive to Wyebridge!

Just wanted to say thank you for everything you do, especially giving us  the opportunity to practise yoga etc in such a fabulous setting. I truly appreciate all the work and effort that happens behind the scenes to help make this happen. Not to mention, that it is always great to see both of you.

I love coming out to your place and feel blessed. My Physiotherapist and Bone Specialist are impressed with the healing of my wrist...much is due to the fact that I followed your advice, Liz. After I had my hard cast on, I either visualized doing Yoga and when I was ready, participated  as much as I could in classes......It worked! Nicolette was also a good help along with your many awesome teachers. So I am saying two thumbs up...with the left thumb going up as straight as the right...backed up by an ever improving left wrist.
