Get Your Glow On! Yoga Retreat

Yoga * Meditation * Bliss & You!

You will glow from the inside out and feel radiant after three nights of stress free bliss.  You will be guided through a series of meditation and yoga classes in the serenity that is Sugar Ridge.  The studio is enveloped in natural sounds, and every window has a view to blooming flowers.  We’ll do the cooking and you do the eating!  Meals are plant-based, nutritious and yummy.

Do you need a little break?

Bring a friend or family member and unwind together or come on your own and meet new friends. This is truly an unspoiled area of natural beauty in which you can rediscover your relationship with the Earth, connect to your breath, your body and soul; leave feeling refreshed and ready for what life tosses you next.

Beginner yoga students are very welcome and encouraged.  This retreat is perfect for anyone who just needs a little break from everyday life!

Meet Your Facilitator

Lindsay Domonkos

Lindsay Domonkos began her yoga journey in March 2020, shortly after the birth of her third child. In seeking a way to ease post-delivery discomfort, she found that yoga not only restored her physical mobility but also became a transformative and grounding practice in her life. What started as a method for physical recovery soon grew into a passionate daily ritual that nurtured her emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Lindsay holds 400 hours of yoga teacher training, completed at Bliss Studios Shine OM in Barrie. She now seeks to share the life-changing benefits of yoga with others, fostering a safe, inclusive space where individuals can explore mindful movement and cultivate balance from within.

This long weekend includes all meals, classes, and the accommodation you choose. Rates are per person.

$725 + HST  shared up to 4 people share a cabin
$895 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room
$1,195 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself
*(some cabins have 2 rooms)

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
