This time away from routine is an opportunity to connect to peace within yourself through gentle healing yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation practices. You’ll have opportunities for self-reflection and quiet connection with others.
A variety of classes are offered but they’re all optional. Participate in whatever you feel like, sleep in if you want, or book a massage. Let this be time just for you!
If you are a lawyer or paralegal, and attend all sessions with Ari, you will receive 3 CPD hours inclusive of EDI.
No experience with yoga or meditation is required. All levels of physical ability are welcome.
