Calm Autumn – A Yoga Retreat

An opportunity to pause, reset, and invest in yourself through rest, yoga, and nature.

Are you starting your yoga journey, looking to deepen your practice, or
simply want to partake in a slow-paced weekend getaway?

This weekend getaway is an excellent opportunity to hit that proverbial “pause/reset button” and invest in yourself.

Absolutely no Yoga experience is required!

You will spend the weekend surrounded by nature, soaking in the changing colours of the leaves, partaking in all styles of gentle yoga and meditation (Restorative, Yin, Hatha, and silent yoga), and nourishing your body with delicious plant-based meals. The best part is that you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are also needing to slow it all the way down just like you. Your mind and body will thank you. We hope you can join us!
If you have any dietary restrictions (eg. allergies, celiac, etc.) just let us know so that we can take of you. You will take comfort in clean and well kept facilities that are wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly.
