Crown & Heart: A day of Yoga Inversions

Join us for a day exploring inversions and learn how to do them safely, and in alignment, choosing a variation that serves your body and strength.

Yoga postures are designed to bring unity to body, mind, and spirit. Originating thousands of years ago, Yoga is a systematic approach rooted in tradition, to bring balance and unity to your whole being.

This day has a focus on inversion postures known to detoxify, build strength, and improve flexibility.

Whether you’re new to Yoga, or looking to deepen your practice, this retreat offers a balanced exploration of inversions and their benefits.

Expect a full day of learning, self-reflection, and physical renewal, designed to guide you toward peace, clarity, and vitality.

This day introduces inversions in a gentle and supportive way, allowing beginners to learn key concepts, modifications and the use of props without feeling overwhelmed. There is time for reflection, group discussion, and of course relaxation, making it a balanced day.
