Join Mindfulness and Movement Educator Jenny Jackson, who has more than 20 years of experience in leading others in modalities such as yoga, strength training & fitness, meditation and energy healing. Jenny shares her wisdom and teachings in inclusive and welcoming ways which support all levels and abilities of those she guides. All are welcome at this retreat regardless of experience, injury or unique needs.
