As a first responder, you likely don’t pause enough to take care of yourself.  This weekend is all about taking that pause, pressing the reset button and letting yourself matter as much as all the people you take care of.

Meet Your Facilitator

Angie Morrison

Angie has worked as a First Responder over 20 years. Her practice of yoga for 17 years helped her cope with the stress of the job and she completed a Yoga Teacher Training to share this passion and healing modality with others. Angie is also a certified Breathwork Practioner, MBSR Teacher and has done training in Applied Specialization in Mindfulness Meditation” . Off her mat, Angie enjoys anything outside and active! Hiking, surfing, SCUBA, gardening veggies… �� Angie is Mom to 2 teens, 2 rescue dogs and a cat found in a barn. Angie knows far too well the pain of PTSD and is herself recovering from mental stress injury. Her desire is to share the journey of life with all who seek inner peace and to help others heal.

$575 + HST  shared accommodation – up to 4 people share a cabin

$650 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room

$825 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself

* some cabins have 2 rooms

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
