Retreat and Re-connect

This is a weekend for women to escape the duties of home and family in order to retreat and re-connect with self.

Bring your mother, sister, aunt, daughter or best friend and escape together, or come solo and meet new friends

Sleep in or watch the sunrise

This is a no dishes, no cleaning, no make-up get back to basics kind of getaway. Explore forest walks, relaxing, maybe have a nap, yoga, meditation, campfire, mindful movement and plenty of feasting. Sleep in or watch the sunrise.

Do what suits you since everything is optional.  No experience is necessary to enjoy yoga or meditation.

Pamper yourself with a massage, reflexology or Reiki treatment (additional fee would apply paid directly to the service provider).

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

$565 + HST  shared accommodation – up to 4 people share a cabin

$645 + HST semi-private accommodation – 2 people share a room

$825 + HST private accommodation – private room all to yourself
