March is a wonderful time to set intentions, create new habits and revisit the rituals that keep us in balance within body, mind and spirit. Be supported with the guidance of Jenny Jackson, as she shares practices from Yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa) and meditation, offering you tools to establish equilibrium, at home, at work and in your day-to-day mindset.

 

A Transformational Experience

Balance is never a ‘set it and forget it. With constant fluctuations in life, it is imperative we learn to move with change, shift our perspectives, and re-balance what matters, not forgetting the importance of self-care and self-awareness. This retreat is about ‘finding your ‘center’ by balancing energy, emotion and thought in mind and body.

There is no experience required and all physical abilities are welcome.

Jenny Jackson

Jenny Jackson has been immersed in Movement Education for more than 20 years. Jenny is a seeker of inner well-being, and she consciously aligns herself living with an open mind, an open heart and embodies joy & vitality which is reflected in her welcoming & inclusive style of instruction. She teaches with a strong anatomical influence while still deeply honouring the classical roots of yoga. Jenny believes that feeling vital and in harmony with others & within our own selves is the primary goal (in life and in our bodies), and practice should reflect this.

The tuition rates include all meals from Fri dinner thru to Sunday lunch, accommodation and classes

Tuition rates are per person:

Shared $575 + HST (up to 4 people sharing a cabin)

Semi-private $650 + HST (just 2 people in your room)

Private $825 + HST (a room to yourself – some cabins have 2 rooms)

Shared - Cabin will be shared with up to 3 other guests of the same gender. If you are booking for just yourself, depending on the retreat, we will match you with other guests of the same gender.

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.

Private - Cabin for one person, not sharing with others.
