Meet Your Facilitator

Ann Green

Ann has extensive training in Optimal brain health; nervous system regulation, facilitated neurocentric activation + somatic therapy. She is a beautiful yoga teacher and has been training teachers for over 20 years and leading classes for over 30. Ann is also a yoga therapist, professor, and brain coach.. Ann is a talented multidisciplinary practitioner, driven by her passion for healing. With experience in resiliency and mobility, strength and conditioning, muscle + lymphatic assessments, manual fascial therapy, and yoga therapy, she has evolved her techniques to support healing with people in profound and lasting ways. Her desire to curate a space to educate and empower others to relate to and understand their pain, and their joy, led her to establish bliss² : embodied therapy. Her transformative approach to healing produces a symbiotic relationship in body-mind medicine. Alchemizing the healing arts of spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being within the body, helps individuals to find the freedom to live more harmoniously. Ann is deeply joyful sharing her love of the constructs of yoga and helping others stay healthy and mobile..

Semi-private - Cabin will be shared with the 1 other person you are registering with. If booking alone, we will try to match you with someone of the same gender.
